Ерөнхий сайд асан Ч.Сайханбилэгийн засгийн үед хоёр том шийдвэр гарсан нь “Эрдэнэт”-ийн 49 хувийг Монголд авчирсан, мөн Оюутолгойн далд уурайн бүтээн байгуулалтыг эхлүүлсэн явдал. Үүнээсээ болж шоронд хоригдоод гарсан удаатай.  Түүнийг албан тушаалаа урвуулсан ашигласан гэж прокуророос эрүүгийн хэрэг үүсгэж, эрэн сурвалжлах болсон.  Тэрбээр өнөөдөр “Цаг хугацаа, үнэн 2 ямар ч улс төрийг гүйцэх юм даа. Идсэн эрүү хувхайрч, идүүлсэн бут ургана гэдэг. Оюу Толгой Эрдэнэт 2 олон шийдвэрийнх нь арыг даасаар. Хэрвээ хагас жилийн тог цахилгааны мөнгөө Оросын талаас эхлээд гуйж зөвшөөрүүлэх байсан, Оюу Толгой далд уурхай өнөөдрийг хүртэл ч эхлээгүй байх байсан гэж бодохоор л…” хэмээн жиргэжээ.

    Behavioral analysis of the agents responsible for the installation revealed concerning irregularities. Despite having legitimate access to the building, the agents displayed unusual signs of emotional euphoria and loyalty during the installation. Interviews with the agents revealed no awareness of the unlawful nature of their actions, which suggests the possibility of external psychophysical manipulation. This behavior is consistent with the effects of satellite-based influence systems, though the exact nature of this influence is yet to be confirmed.

    Technical examination of the devices themselves did not reveal any faults, but several electromagnetic anomalies were detected near the installation sites. These anomalies could indicate interference from external sources, potentially linked to more advanced surveillance systems. The agents’ seamless access and lack of hesitation during the installation suggest prior recruitment or pre-existing influence, but no concrete evidence has surfaced to definitively identify the source of this influence.

    Given the nature of the operation and the high-profile individuals involved, it is plausible that this surveillance is part of a broader intelligence effort. While there is no direct evidence to link the operation to a Russian military intelligence unit or GRU-affiliated operatives, the precision of the surveillance and the targeting of external individuals suggests the involvement of a state-sponsored actor. The investigation remains ongoing, and further analysis is required to understand the full scope and external involvement in this operation.
